Some products sold by Ardenelle Home may be sourced, stored, processed, or fulfilled with the assistance of third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners.
Regardless of the fulfillment method used, your purchase is made from Ardenelle Home and customer service inquiries regarding your Ardenelle Home order should be directed to us.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order through Ardenelle Home, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Because orders may be submitted to our fulfillment partners shortly after purchase, requests to modify or cancel an order are not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Products purchased through Ardenelle Home are intended primarily for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes or other charges calculated during checkout.
Shipping charges, when applicable, will be disclosed before completion of your purchase.
Promotions may be subject to separate conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms with respect to that promotion, the promotional terms will control.
You agree to provide accurate and current purchase, billing, payment, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
Orders may be processed and fulfilled by Ardenelle Home or by third-party suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and fulfillment partners working on our behalf.
Products within the same order may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Shipping and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, fulfillment processing, destination, weather, holidays, customs, supply interruptions, incorrect shipping information, and other circumstances.

Ardenelle Home Shipping Policy
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the timeframes communicated to customers.
If we determine that we cannot ship an order within an applicable promised shipping timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation, and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery estimates do not override rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

The FTC requires online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipment timeframes and establishes requirements when an order cannot be shipped as promised.

Ardenelle Home is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases made from the Ardenelle Home store are transactions directly between you and Ardenelle Home.
Shopify is not the seller or merchant of record for products purchased from Ardenelle Home and is not responsible for Ardenelle Home's products, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, returns, or other aspects of transactions between Ardenelle Home and its customers, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Your use of certain Shopify-provided functionality may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, RIGHT, OR REMEDY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
